I have spent the last year of my undergraduate career working part time at a book store where I focused on customer service recommending and advising customers and helping them in their information needs. I was also involved in the tasking aspects of the job, physically shelving and organizing the books. While I worked there the store underwent two major renovations, which had book sections moving to different places every day. I learned to be adaptable to change and work together with my co-workers to locate the product for the customers.

Before this I worked in customer service, particularly in the food industry where I learned to multi-task, keep my workspace clean and organized, and offer each patron a uniquely pleasant experience.
